Our approach
Aurora Software Labs builds privacy-first, offline-capable apps. We collect as little data as possible, and what we do collect, we explain plainly here.
Our apps (RentLog PRO and others)
Our mobile applications store all of your data locally on your device. We do not run cloud accounts, we do not sync your records to our servers, and we cannot read your tenants, properties, payments, or any personal records you enter. If your device is lost, your data is lost — we recommend exporting backups regularly.
The apps may request standard Android permissions (storage, notifications) only when required for features you actively use.
This website
When you visit aurorasoftwarelabs.pages.dev, your browser sends standard request information (IP address, browser type, referrer). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site analytics that profile individuals.
Support channels & contact forms
When you reach out to us via our web contact forms, feedback forms, or direct email at support.aurorasoftwarelabs@gmail.com, we receive the message content and contact info you explicitly share. We use this information solely to address your support inquiries, resolve technical issues, and improve our software. We never sell, trade, or use your contact details for unsolicited marketing.
WhatsApp Channel & social media
If you join or follow our official WhatsApp Channel or other community channels, your interaction is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) Privacy Policy.
As administrators of the WhatsApp Channel, we cannot view your personal phone number, profile photo, or full account details unless you choose to contact us directly or message us. Channel updates are broadcast publicly, and engagement metrics provided by WhatsApp are anonymous and aggregated.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any email, message, or support correspondence you've sent us at any time. Just reach out to us at support.aurorasoftwarelabs@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date above and note it in our changelog.
